Can I start my subscription with a back issue?
We can only process new subscriptions starting with the current issue at the time. A wide selection of back issues is available for purchase here.
How long will it take for my magazine to arrive? U.S. orders can take 4-6 weeks for processing and shipment. International (including Canada and Mexico) can take 6-8 weeks.
Can I track my order?
Magazine subscriptions cannot be tracked.
I thought I was getting a free book with my subscription, but it hasn’t arrived yet.
Please note, the free book is sent in a separate package from your magazine, and will arrive 1-2 weeks after your first issue. The free book is only offered with full price print subscriptions ($40 or $66). If you ordered the digital edition or purchased your subscription at a special discounted price, you are not eligible.
I still have issues left with my current subscription, why am I receiving renewal notices?
Renewal notices are sent out well before your subscription expires. This is to ensure you have ample time to renew and do not miss an issue.
If you have already renewed, but are still receiving notices, please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment.
If it has been less than two weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any notices that you receive, as we may be unable to intercept them in the mail. If it has been more than two weeks since you remitted payment, please contact us by e-mail, phone, or mail.
How do I send a letter to the editors?
You can contact the editors by email. The publisher assumes no responsibility for the return or safety of unsolicited artwork, photographs, book manquettes, or manuscripts.
What is my account number?
If you are a current print subscriber, check the address label affixed to the outside of a recent issue (as shown below) or request your account number by sending an email with your name and address to custsvc_aperture@fulcoinc.com. (If you are a new subscriber, your account number will be included in the second confirmation email, which you should receive approximately 30 minutes after your order is submitted.)

If you are a current digital subscriber, login to your Zinio.com account. Click on “account settings” then “view order history”. Find your Order ID – this is your Aperture magazine account number.
If I’m a print subscriber already, can I get a digital subscription for free or at a discount or vice versa?
Not yet, but we hope to offer that functionality soon.
If I’m a print subscriber, can I transfer my subscription to digital or do you bundle print and digital subscriptions together?
