Opening Thursday, October 29th, at Higher Pictures in New York City is All the Days and Nights, photographs by Doug DuBois. Featuring works from his monograph by the same name, DuBois turned the lens on his family over a twenty-five year period. These personal reflections stimulate more introspection than your average family photos as DuBois conveys the aftermath of his father’s near-death accident and mother’s consequential emotional breakdown.  His capture of mundane moments shine light on the subtle complexities of his evolving family dynamics.  DuBois will attend the opening reception and sign copies of his monograph.
